I tweaked it a little to incorporate some apple cider vinegar and of course didn’t add theĀ optional sodium. Combine tofu, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar together in a blender or with a wand blender for about 30 seconds or until the tofu is smooth.
While blending, slowly add in your olive oil until emulsified and the mixture thickens.
