Here is a great nearly sodium free recipe for traditional salsa. Even the chips in the recipe don't have any sodium added...Truly Salt-Free Salsa and Chips
2 lbs Plum Tomatoes
1 Large White Onion
1 Garlic Clove (finely minced)
1 Jalopeno
1 Bell pepper (you pick the color)
2 tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp Olive Oil
Chopped cilantro to taste (beacoup for me)
Tortilla Chips

Chop tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeno, and bell peppers until they are nice and fine.

Once you are happy with the chopping, add lime juice and cilantro then mix everything all together in a large bowl.

Add a dash of Doc's Salt Free Hot Sauce to taste.
